Welcome to Carriage Way! We are glad that you have chosen to be part of one of the first true "neighborhoods" in Burr Ridge. If you've checked our Covenants, you saw that Carriage Way began in 1964.

We look forward to meeting you and/or your family at one of our holiday get togethers, community planned events, or simply at Lake Carriage Way while you are out for an evening stroll.

I would like to officially invite you to get as involved with the Carriage Way Property Owners Association (CWPOA) as you would like. We are always looking for interested, interesting and dedicated people to serve on committees and to provide input to the Board of Directors.
